This is an incredible gym! Definitely a family environment. I come pretty much every day and the owners are always... there and willing to help. I don't know much about gyms or the equipment but they always make sure that they explain how I can improve my form. They challenge me every single week to add more weight to my exercises and I definitely see the transformation that's happening in my body. I am much stronger now as a result of coming here! They keep getting better. New equipment is coming in The staff are friendly and I would recommend any of the trainers... as they are very knowledgeable . It's clean and has everything I need. It's like family you didn't know you had. I would recommendread more

Great gym!! Great people and great equipment. The ownership team is knowledgable and motivating. They make coming to... the gym fun. Additionally, there is great equipment that you never have to wait to use. Awesome music helps make this an awesome gym. Strong recommend!read more

Well-equipped gym with a friendly atmosphere. Don't think of it as joining a gym, you're joining a family; a family... dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness dreams. For a lot of people going to the gym feels like a chore, but as soon as you set foot into Smitty's Gym, you'll know that Smitty's is where you belong. Wow what more can I say. You go to the gym to get fit, build strength, and improve your health. That is exactly what is... happening to me. It is all attributable to the atmosphere and support. Very clean, functional, and quality facility. Each piece of equipment in the gym is in great working order, and there... is everything you need to get an excellent workout in. Additionally, the gym is always spotless and thoroughly cleaned. We were attracted to this gym by their tight-knit, neighborhood feel, and Kenny and his wife Flo make you feel welcome and like part of the family as soon as you walk in. It is never overcrowded either. We love nothing more than to support a local, family-owned, honest business such as this one. Highly recommend!read more
